Renovations create a new
seafront community for tomorrow
In 2000, the Association's directors led massive renovations leading to the incarnation of a new building, and a new community, for generations to come. Fountainhead residents have one of the most up-to-date high-rise buildings in the beachfront area.
OCEAN VIEW: Every Fountainhead unit includes faces to the Atlantic Ocean, a key ingredient in the building design. Beach view shows a couple on the sand above the north terrace walkway, with eastern tower wing barely visible at right edge. View from A-B-C-D apartments.

Redecorating & Improvements
After 5 years and nearly $5 million of renovations, redecorating, code upgrades, concrete restoration and Hurricane Wilma damage control, our common areas were refurbished and many key systems were replaced. Elevator renovations, roof replacement, electrical, satellite TV and high speed internet cable were just a few of the improvements.
Beach Renourishment!
The next scheduled multimillion-dollar project is one we can simply watch: The state, county and federally funded beach re-nourishment project is expected to add at least 100 feet of sand to our shoreline within the next year or two.

GRAND PATIO: The large main decks stretch around half of the building, offering several activity areas in addition to the main pool/beach deck. Outfitted with pavers in the mid-1990s, the patio can host every resident & guest for a special event or cookout. Residents occasionally book their own private parties and receptions with special tents and catering.
