(Covered carport and all garage spaces reserved for residents)
All entering workers must be licensed & insured, & permits obtained where necessary
Hours for contractor work is between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:3 a.m. until noon on Saturday only.
All visitor/service/delivery/contractor arrivals must be announced via garage check-in.
