Elegant Seaside Village Ambiance

The Fountainhead is located at the southernmost end of the village of Lauderdale by the Sea, a small and still old-fashioned beach town of shops, restaurants and clubs surrounding the Anglin Fishing Pier. It is a refuge from the bustling cities and resort communities to the north, south and west while retaining a close neighborhood feel.

Our property also borders the City of Fort Lauderdale and we are at the Northern tip of the Galt Ocean Mile. We are members of the Galt Ocean Mile Community Association, an economically and politically influential league of condominiumcommunities in the beachfront area.

The large main decks stretch around half of the building, offering several activity areas in addition to the main pool/beach deck. The pool deck spans one full acre. The patio can host every resident and guest for a special event or cookout. Residents occasionally book their own private parties and receptions with special tents and catering.
