Dining Room Hours Of Operation
In addition to the dining meal operations, the Fountainhead Lounge has become popular for happy hour gatherings every Friday, followed by a buffet for those who wish to stay for dinner.
New schedule as of August, 2008: Service from 12 noon-2 p.m. and 5:30-8 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. Closed Monday & Tuesday. 954-776-0095 for reservations and to order specials.

Grilled Shrimp and Avocado Salad $10.50 Shrimp and avocado with fresh lime, extra virgin olive oil, cilantro, shallot, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and julienne of romaine lettuce.
Fountainhead Chopped Salad Small $6.50 - Large $9.00 Fresh greens, diced grilled breast of chicken, hard boiled egg, celery, avocado, tomato, walnuts, bacon and gorgonzola cheese, tossed with orange Grand Marnier vinaigrette.

Entrees are served with home made rolls, chef vegetable and your choice of today's potato, French fried potatoes or rice. If you would like a cup of soup or a small house salad with your entree, please add $2.00 each.

Crème Brulee a la Mario $4.50 Tipping
Although tipping is discouraged in the garage for valet and other services, customary tipping is the norm in the dining room and for room service. We suggest a basic tip of 15%-20%.
Corkage fee
A corkage fee of $5 will be applied to those diners who choose to bring their own wine/beverage to the dining room/lounge during operating hours.
To accommodate the dining room clientele's preferences, the dining room committee and chef will consider owners' suggestions for additions to the wine list. Please advise your server, the chef or any committee member.
Sharing charge
A sharing charge of $5.95 will be added to orders to be shared by two persons at dinner. The charge includes additional soup and/or salad, along with vegetable, potato etc. for the second person, as listed on the menu. The entree itself will be divided in the kitchen if possible, or presented for sharing at the table. Desserts and other a la carte items are extra.

Weekly specials are printed and distributed at the ground floor credenza and main floor management office foyer.
Fountainhead Friday Happy Hour & Buffet
Happy Hour 1/2 price drinks in the lounge every Friday 5:30-6:30 p.m., followed by buffet dinner. Check weekly specials menu for buffet selections.
Room Service
Order off the menus below (check for pricing & selection updates), and weekly printed dinner specials available on the notice board and credenza in the garage hallway. Special service fees may accompany room service.
When finished, please leave service ware outside your door and call the dining room for pickup.
Guests: Maximum 12 per party
The cuisine, service and good will developed the dining room committee, management and staff have made the current Fountainhead dining experience among the most successful in the Association's 40-plus year history. But we are constrained by our seating, staff size and inventory, particularly during peak season and for special events.
Reluctantly, we've had to set a limit of 12 persons to an individual unit's party for a lunch or dinner seating. This includes the unit residents and outside guests. This limit is purely in order to ensure that we can service our owners and residents, and accommodate our guests without sacrificing our service or menu quality.
Private Dining & Parties Accommodate Larger Groups
To accommodate larger parties, owners may want to consider scheduling a private party either in the Ocean room or an adjacent area, catered by our staff on a date and at a time when staff can provide the superior experience you've come to expect.
There is no charge for reserving an available area. But there are fees for any necessary setup, cleaning, and any necessary additional security/valet staffing. Please check with management and/or refer to the Residents' Guide and its latest updates.
Recommended Caterers
The Association has procedures in place for residents to reserve common areas for private events with our staff, or your own outside catering. Please check with management about recommended caterers who are familiar with our property and have demonstrated the ability to provide acceptable service and who meet insurance, licensing and other regulations.
